Key capabilities

Automatic pacing

The system calculates the spend/time ratio for each campaign and plan. Three states: on track (0.85–1.05), under pacing (below 0.85), or over pacing (above 1.05). Per-platform breakdown with budget, spent, and balance summary.

Live campaign linking

Connect each planned campaign with its real campaign on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn. Select the account and campaign, costs sync automatically. Bulk mapper to link multiple campaigns at once.

6 campaign statuses

Draft, scheduled, active, paused, completed, and cancelled. Each status with its own color and icon. When archiving a plan, campaigns auto-transition: scheduled to cancelled, active and paused to completed.

Duplication and import

Duplicate a full plan with smart mode (auto-adjusts statuses), draft, or exact mode. Import campaigns from another plan by selecting which ones to bring. Also supports CSV import.

Labels, comments, and comparison

Color labels per campaign with bulk assignment. Real-time comments per campaign with history from previous plans. Side-by-side comparison between two plans.

Share and export

Export plans to PDF via Cloud Run or send them by email with a personal note. Share history per plan. Multi-currency support with automatic breakdown.

Multi-plan list view

List all your plans with status filters (recent, active, archived, draft), name search, and toggle between grid and table views. Bulk selection to change status, assign labels, or delete. Each card shows dates, budget, campaign count, and pacing bar.

Unspent budget from a finished plan can be redistributed to an active plan. Automatic banner shows the available amount. Redistribution modal to allocate to specific campaigns. Can be reverted at any time to restore original budgets.
